Experience:
Ms. Cundy has twenty-four years of legal experience. After graduating from law school in 1982, Ms. Cundy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sheryl Ramstad Hvass, the Honorable Roberta K. Levy and the Honorable Mary L. Davidson, all Judges of the Hennepin County District Court. She then worked for the Minnesota Departments of Health and Human Services before entering the private practice of law in 1990.

Practice Areas:
Ms. Cundy practices primarily in the area of Family Law, including marriage dissolution, paternity, custody, visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, property division and domestic abuse. Ms. Cundy also practices in the area of Commitment Defense in Hennepin County and is presently developing a practice to provide mediation services in family law and other areas.

Affiliations:
Ms. Cundy is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Hennepin County Commitment Defense Panel.

Ms. Cundy was named to the list of "Who's Who in Family Law" by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine in 2003, 2004 and 2006.
